What Venice homeowners hire us for

Seasonal homes

Away for part of the year? We can schedule the work while you are gone, send photo updates and leave the home clean and ready for your return.

Exterior repaints

Venice homes take a beating from sun and salt air. We wash, scrape, caulk and prime the trouble spots first, then apply quality exterior paint.

Interior updates

Fresh walls, ceilings, trim and doors make a big difference before selling or after buying. We help with color choices if you are not sure where to start.

We hired Jerry to patch our ceiling after an AC vent was moved, as well as remove and repair the quartz lip for our kitchen countertop to prep it for a backsplash. I initially reached out to several handymen for this for quotes but immediately knew I’d go with Jerry. His replies are prompt and his attention to detail was obvious from the get go. We are happy with his work will be hiring him again to install our backsplash and paint our kitchen cabinets!

Jerry did a great job fixing our collapsed ceiling, everything matched perfectly. He was very clean and has equipment which leaves zero dust. Even did the painting, which many drywall contractors do not include.

Jerry and his crew were very professional. My bathroom ceiling and walls were damaged by a pipe leak. They accommodated my tight schedule and the quality of their work was excellent. Their pricing was fair. I highly recommend them.
